Description:

This car represents the very first version of the Austin Healey 3000 and is finished in the popular colour combination of Ice Blue over Old English White. The car comes with a copy of the heritage certificate issued by the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust.  Extras listed in the Factory records of October 1960 and confirmed by the heritage certificate include: Overdrive, wire wheels, heater, Adjustable steering column, laminated windscreen, miles per hour speedo, stainless steel exhaust. the car has an upgraded black mohair convertible hood and Tonneau cover along with the side screens and spare wire wheel. The car was also recently fitted with 4 new Vredstein classic tyres. Comes with workshop manual, Thor Copper headed wire wheel spinner hammer and the original owner’s handbook. This Healey was owned and maintained to the highest standard by a well known USA owner for the last 30 years from 1984 until 2014 when it was purchased in the USA by the vendor and brought back to the UK.
