Description:

This superb example of a very rare 1959 MGA Twin Cam Roadster has been fully restored by the vendor since being imported into the UK in 2012/13 from Beverly Hills USA. This car has been subject to a complete strip down and rebuild, the body has been removed from the chassis the engine has been sent away to specialists. The car is finished in old English white with red leather interior which is all brand new. The vendor is a retired military engineer who delights in restoring classic English sports cars for his own satisfaction. This car is truly exceptional and can be viewed as from 29th of March.

Work to the engine including manifold, cambox polished, pads, pipes etc total £1617.60

Invoice from Aldridge Trimming LTD panels, covers etc totalling £609.44

Invoice from Oselli LTD for work to the engine including strip out head, bead blast to clean. Specialist weld repair head re machine to suit. Machine out all cam bucket areas, fir inserts as supplied. Bore out inserts to suit buckets, machine oil ways as required. Fit new valve guides and cut seats to two angle. Recon all valves recut and lap in. Vacuum test seals. Reface head to clean. Total £2376.60
