Description:Description from The Vendor: This Mini is now eligible for free road tax and MOT exemption, however is has been MOT’d anyway and showed up with no advisories. The interior seats and door cards have been recovered at a cost of £900. The interior is exceptional and the engine bay is excellent as well. Car also has a period customised exterior sunvisor.
Auctioneer’s notes: This is a cracking example of a 1980 Mini Clubman ESTATE. Owned by vendor from 2018, on file old MOT’s back to 2006, lots of invoices, which shows that in 2008 she had uprated suspension, Poly Bushed, uprated shocks etc. I think that the engine has a larger carb. When I spoke to the vendor he was not sure if the engine had been uprated and he went on to say “she goes an awful lot quicker, than you would imagine a standard Clubman would go. She is a great car and may be viewed, strictly by appointment. |
