Description:It was a delight to meet the vendor and his wife who own this very original Mini. It is not mint, but a very nice car. They have owned the car since 1986 when it was 1500 miles old (2 owners in total). It has been in store for a number of years and has only covered 180 miles since 2006. At 59,211 miles the car had a major overhaul total cost of £1118.85 which included a replacement sub frame radius arms and bearings etc. All the bills, including one for a new clutch, are in the history file. The day to day servicing was carried out by the vendor who is a retired engineer. Comes with the original handbook and old V5. Has just passed the MOT and had a comprehensive service. The reason for the sale is that the vendor’s wife has now decided to give up driving. In our opinion this is one to view. |
