The most recent significant maintenance was carried out in September 2022, with an invoice totaling £1,458.61 for parts and work completed. This Bentley T1 is now being sold by the widow of the late owner following his passing. The Model: The Bentley T-series, produced by Bentley Motors Limited in the United Kingdom from 1965 to 1980, was first introduced at the Paris Motor Show on October 5, 1965, as a Bentley-badged version of the redesigned Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow. The T1 was Bentley’s first unibody model, featuring a new steel and aluminum monocoque body with subframes for the engine and suspension. It offered more passenger room and luggage space compared to its predecessor, the S series. Key features included independent suspension on all four wheels with automatic height control, disc brakes with a triplicate hydraulic braking system, lighter power steering, improved automatic transmission, eight-way adjustable electric front seats, and a larger fuel tank.
