Description:This 2CV Sports was purchased by the vendor in 2006, it was converted from a standard 2CV in 2000. The car is registered as a 2CV sport single seater. Included in the file are MOTs going back to 1999, photos of the car before and during conversion. Engine rebuilt in 2017 with new pistons and barrels. Auctioneers notes: The vendor, I am sure, won’t mind me saying that he is in his seventh decade. What a spectacle he must have made, driving from Penzance to Poole, wearing his “biggles” leather helmet and goggles. This is truly a fun car and the vendor says she drives well and can cruise at 55 – 60 mph. Can be viewed, by appointment, by all those young at heart. |
