Auctioneers Notes Sadly, this car has come to market due to the passing of the vendor. I do like this period 1925 – 1935. This car is set off by its artillery wheels. She is a very sound car, not to say that some improvements could be made. This solid car comes with all the correct period lamps and sun visors. She has had a new clutch fitted in September 2019 and she just had a new fabric roof made at a cost of £2000. In the file, you will find the original driver’s handbook priced at 2/6p, the odd invoices, many Austin Car Club magazines, green logbook, and incidentally, the registration number is the original one. The car is ready to use as is and as time goes by she could be improved. We are told this car runs but we cannot get it to fire up, not helped by the starter motor spinning but it does not engage with the fly wheel. At the moment we are selling it as a non runner. May be viewed, strictly by appointment.
