Description:Dutton cars were based in Worthing in Sussex and made kit cars between 1970 and 1989 and were said to be the largest kit car manufacturer in the world. This car is a Dutton Phaeton Series lll and is made from an Escort MK1/ 2 running gear. First registered in 1988 it was on the road until 2005 before it was subsequently put into storage until last year when it was recommissioned and passed a new MOT. Has a full weather gear and unused tonneau cover, fitted with 1300 engine with twin choke webber and 4 branch manifold, period Weller white 8 spokes, heater, Tandem braking system, folder full of old MOTs, invoices and info.
