Description:This is an amazing MK1 2 door Ford Escort. It was totally restored in Thailand some 5 years ago which we are told included a new floor pan. The car started life as a 1.3 and she kept the original mechanical spec. The interior must be seen, all seats are Recaro style and are covered, as are the door cards and roof lining, in cream leather. The body work is finished in metallic bronze and has correct gaps etc. She is also fitted with air con which we are told does work. Auctioneers notes: A 2 door MK1? This has to be a rally car in the future. |
