This car was purchased by the current owner for his extensive collection of vehicles and this 1972 model which has photographic evidence, was totally renovated before his ownership. Its livery of signal red is stunning, with black leather and matching carpets. The 5.3ltr V12 engine roars into action on the button and is smooth running; with its 4 speed manual gear box is the ultimate driving machine. The wire wheels are of stainless steel, which enhances its look without a doubt over the pressed steel wheels, that came as standard on these cars. The chrome is in superb condition, but the owner purchased a new chrome grill, badge and surrounding trim for the front end.  There were some slight indentations on that trim which he was not happy with so it comes complete with the car to be fitted by the new owner as and when. Although tax exempt, it comes with a brand new MOT which it passed with flying colours. This beautiful coupe must be one of the best around and will turn heads where ever it is seen. It comes complete with a spare wire wheel and tool roll with copper and hide mallet for the wheel spinners, which incidentally are of the older winged ear type as they look far better than the stubby later ones. The car has had a complete new set of hoses fitted and header tank, also a special top thermostat switch for better control of the cooling fans. It has recently benefited from a full service, although not travelling many miles each year to need one. The mileage is 90,090 and is believed genuine as it has been a UK car all its life and not modified from foreign parts. A new exhaust system was fitted and has the four fluted tail section to give it the correct look. The oil pressure when running is well above 40psi, which is excellent for these big V12’s. Everything works as it should without fault and is an absolute dream to drive.
