Description:

Early example of the XJ6 3.2 straight six with 216bhp. Featuring the rugged AJ6 engine that is cast in aluminium with cast iron liners and has a multi valve head. In our opinion this is a far more reliable unit than that in the later XJ8 and has none of that one’s Nikasil or timing chain issues.
Low mileage of only 88,000 miles, with half oatmeal leather and luxury cloth, walnut trim, cruise control, electric folding mirrors, four speed automatic gearbox and factory fitted tilt and slide steel sunroof.
The bodywork, interior and mechanicals are in excellent condition whilst the alloys are as new having been recently diamond cut and polished.
The leaping Jaguar mascot proudly adorns the bonnet.
Comes with book pack including service book with 7 stamps, 18 old MOT certs and some receipts.
The vendor advises that the key fob is temperamental though the alarm on that model can be deactivated using the key in the ignition.
