Manual with overdrive. 50,052 miles (not warranted). Wire wheels, sunroof, black leather interior.

Purchased in 1999 by the previous owner as a restoration project. Originally primrose yellow, by 1999 it was black and in need of love.

Entrusted to an MG Owners club approved garage for full bare metal restoration, and finished in the owner’s choice of colour ( AC329, ‘Tenere’ orange). There are bills in the file for well over £25,000 for the restoration and subsequent improvements and maintenance since. It sports an unleaded 1950cc stage 2 engine, K&N filters, working overdrive, electronic ignition, uprated brakes and suspension with grooved discs, parabolic rear springs, adjustable Spax shocks all around, and stainless exhaust. The interior is nicely done with black leather seats and Moto-Lita wheel.

There is too much to list but the large history file is full of invoices, Mots, and photos detailing the work.

Sitting on quality wire wheels shod with excellent Vredestein tyres, this is an MG B which easily keeps up with modern traffic, and handles well. If you’re going to have a bright orange classic it had better go and sound well, and it does.

There is not a lot that I can add to the vendor’s description, except, I had the identical car 20 years ago and she would pull 5500 rpm in overdrive top, and with the modifications to the suspension it will handle like a dream. May be viewed, strictly by appointment.
