Description:

The vendor has owned this car for over 3 years and the previous owner, who lived in Bournemouth, acquired her in October ’97 until the vendor bought her in May 2015 for his wife.  This rare, MGBGT Automatic, is on the market purely for the lack of use.  She is finished in white with dark blue trim.  The history file is second to none, invoices from 1973 which shows she has been meticulously maintained and the complete MOT history from ’76 to the present day, see appendix, (although she is MOT exempt she has  a current MOT until 30^th April ’19)  She has had a total of 6 owners from new, including the vendor, all recorded in the files plus an interesting letter, see appendix 2.  You cannot get a better providence.  The vendor hopes the new owner will keep the files up-to-date.

Auctioneers notes: What is remarkable about this car is the fantastic providence with such low mileage, 68,911 and being automatic, opens up to the classic scene, a section of the motoring public who only have “automatic” driving licences. She is not a show queen but an extremely nice, solid car.  Ready to be used and enjoyed and I think a great buy for someone.
