On the Surface: At first glance, this second-generation Mitsubishi L200 4WD Turbo D might appear to be a worn-out commercial vehicle, however, this is a highly original and rare single-cab variant, a configuration seldom seen on UK roads today. While most pickups of this era were used hard and eventually scrapped, this survivor is one of the few remaining examples still on the road. Maintenance & History: Unfortunately, this L200 comes with no accompanying documentation apart from its MOT certificate. However, its rarity and originality make it a fascinating entry. The vehicle is MOT’d until July 2025, ensuring it is roadworthy and ready to use. The Model: The second-generation Mitsubishi L200 debuted in 1986, with a mid-cycle facelift introduced in 1993. Updates for this facelift included a redesigned grille and plastic bumpers. Produced until 1996, this generation offered rugged performance and reliability.
