Morris Minor Traveller 1962

The vendor bought this Traveller in February 2018 as a restoration project. The previous owner was an engineer who bought the traveller for his daughter. He added a few useful comforts including an alternator, electronic ignition, clock and a choke warning light (daughter had no idea of using a choke!).
Over the past 2 years or so the vendor has bought the Moggie up to its current standard but sadly sudden loss of workshop means he has to move it on. Restoration has included welding repairs to both doors and the guttering. The car has been completely stripped with engine out and given a full professional re-paint including the wheels. The original wood has had the old varnish scraped off and new stain and clear varnish applied. New carpets, new headlining, replacement front seats new bumpers new window runners and door seals.
New brakes all round including master cylinder, new clutch, replacement gearbox, new engine mounts. There are many other items that have been replaced as the car was restored and there is a file of receipts for various parts.
