I am the third owner of this Rover from new. The car has had a fairly recent MOT that came up with no advisories. The car remains almost completely original aside from the electric fuel pump. This Rover comes with a large folder of old MOT’s, bills, etc. She has a Honda 1342cc engine and everything on her works and she does come with a large box of new spares including brake pads, timing belt, indicator lense, clutch cable and ball joints. The DVLA website states that there are only 17 of these left on the road making her a rare old car.

These cars are great starter classics.  This one has a first class pedigree having had 2 family members owning her from new to about a year ago, when the second owner passed away.  The vendor purchased her and why is he selling? He has 3 classic cars and 2 garages.  There are a good number of invoices from ’88 and nearly all the MOT’s from ’88 onwards.  There is a gap between 2010 and 2018 when she went into storage.  She also has the old V5.  The cars benefit from a 1.3 lit Honda Engine which gives excellent performance for a 37 year old car.  Top speed just under the ton, they are front-wheel drive and have a 5 speed gear box. LOOK AT THE MILEAGE only 28,000 miles from new!  She may be viewed, strictly by appointment.
