Description:Description from The Vendor: I purchased the car in July 2011. It comes with MOT’s from 1979 to 2021 with a file of work done and all parts fitted. The gearbox was rebuilt in 1986 at 104,000 miles and a recon short engine from Rommer Brothers in 1988 at 114,000. The car is fitted with an alarm and central door locking. A large amount of bodywork was done in 1989 and 2011 and the heads were converted to unleaded in 2015. I have now retired and decided to buy a newer car, that is my reason for selling.
Auctioneer’s notes: These Stags are wonderful grand touring cars. This one is very presentable and in fine condition. The vendor has owned her for 11 years and the history file contains Handbook, Heritage Certificate and old MOT’s and now to the good parts, there are over £20,100 of invoices which include modifying the cylinder heads to run on unleaded, reconditioned starter motor, new mohair hood etc, this and the other invoices show that she has been maintained correctly, the first invoice is dated 1986 to the present day. Come to view this great car and do not forget to book a slot for viewing. |
