This vehicle remained with its previous owner for 30 years. in 2016 – 2019 it underwent a major restoration including a respray to Pimento Red, engine rebuild and a Jaguar ZF 4 speed auto box was fitted. A pile of previous notes, receipts etc are included with the vehicle. the current owner bought the vehicle to continue with the restoration and started to take on some minor tasks before they were forced to stop due to ill health.

This is a cracking example of this British iconic sports car.  She has only come to the market due to ill health of the vendor.  The previous owner purchased her on the 23.2.85 and that is when the massive history file began.  The handwritten log from ‘78 to the present day is invaluable to this car.  Every detail is recorded on 5 A4 pages. That includes an invoice in ‘96 for a fully reconditioned engine, which has covered approximately 8000 miles to date.  Also in March ‘19 it had the gearbox replaced with a ZF jaguar 4 speed autobox giving higher cruising speed and smoother changes. In another file you will find old V5’s which shows the date the previous owner acquired her, plus old MOT’s etc.  She comes with the original handbook and loads of technical books.
