Description:For a short video of the vehicle running please click here Auctioneers notes: Sadly, this lovely TR6 has only come to market due to the death of the vendor’s son, the vendor then registered her in his name last year. It was his son’s pride and joy you can see this in the most comprehensive history file, two A4 size folders. The first file is all invoices going back to 1980 showing the mileage at 68,468 this file is brim full including old MOTs back to 1983 and loads and loads of invoices. The second file to start with has 8 A4 size typed sheets headed up “engine performance upgrade and TR6 rebuild” which in fact is a daily log of all the work carried out on this car from dismantling to rebuilding this took place between 1st November 1988 to July 18th 1989 it makes great reading. Then comes the photo record of the restoration which is a 20-page double sided A4 photo album, 6 pictures per sheet. We have a repair operation manual, handbook and spare keys.
