This superb VW bay window tin top camper was registered in 1972, she was imported from California LHD (great for touring the continent) hence no rust. This year is known as the “cross-over model” i.e. the front head lights are of the old model and the rear lights are of the new model. The vendor has owned this car since 2010 and the quality of the paintwork is second to none. She is fitted with a re-conditioned 1600 cc engine which has covered less than 6000 miles. The interior boasts a 2-burner cooker, sink, space for a fridge, but most importantly ¾ rock & roll bed. The tyres have covered less than 1600 miles and she has always been regularly serviced while in the vendor’s hands. There is a substantial file with the car whilst in his ownership.
