Description:This excellent example of a desirable Karmann Ghia started life in the sun-shine state of California and was imported into the UK in 1991. Sadly there is no US history. The car has had 4 previous UK owners prior to the vendor, who is very sad to part with her but she now finds business commitments take up all her time. Most importantly the history file contains 2 albums of photographic records showing the complete restoration of her. The car was stripped down to the bare metal, all glass and chrome removed, new floors fitted etc. It must have cost a fortune. Included in the re-build was a complete retrimming of the car and new carpets. She is finished in a very attractive pale blue with light tan trim and blue piping. She comes with rare original VW Service Manual and a box of spares, some recent bills and MOT records which show the mileage covered from 07 to October 2016 to be approx 3000 miles.
