Description:This Wolseley 16/60 was first registered new on 20-11-63 in the Essex area and was supplied by Bent Marshall Garages LTD to a Mr Howard. It is thought the car was originally a company car as according to the BMC service passport the car clocked up 500 miles within the first month and 3000 miles by June the following year. It went on to cover 27,000 miles by April 1970. Following the paper work trail and the receipts and invoices the car then moved to south Wales in the late 1970’s to early 80’s where it was owned by a Mr Bishop who kept the car for 35 years and brought the mileage up to around 46,000. Sold with the transferable registration number 852VWC. History file includes fuel receipts, old tax discs, MOTs, service documents, receipts and original service book containing 8 stamps. |
