This delightful 1958 MGA coupe was initially exported to North America in LHD. Form finished in old English white with black interior.  The car was  re-imported to the UK in 2003 and restored between September 04 and June 08 for a Dr. Richard A.  Listed is some of the work carried out – body was separated from the chassis and sunblased and reassembled. In two pack (new) Old English White and re-trimmed in red leather. Not only has she been rewired but the engine has been re-bored to 1600 cc.Crank shaft has been reground and an unleaded head fitted.  And this is the good bit – she has a five-speed gearbox conversion which alone is worth over £1,000.  It has been converted to RHD. 1600 front disk brakes fitted and a 1600 splined rear axle and front hubs, and benefits from chrome wire wheels.  Now that she is back in the UK she has had a heater fitted.  Suspension has been uprated with MG V8 bushes etc.  The Doctor took delivery in 2008 and drove 300 miles till the new purchaser took possession in 2010 and fitted a wooden steering wheel and Kenlowe electric fan. This is a wonderful opportunity to purchase a car in excellent order which is going to appreciate fast as there are so few of them available compared to the roadsters.
