The first owner owned the car from 1972-2005 and the second owner had it from 2005- 2021. Both previous owners come from Elsworth, Cambridgeshire. The history contains a ‘Passport to service’ which is stamped up to 18/07/1975 with the mileage at 30,123. There are MOT certs from 1977-1983 where the mileage went from 40,480 to 63,864. Between 1984-2022 she was untaxed and unused until I returned her to the road. The current odometer reading shows 66,228 which I believe to be correct given the history. I have carried out work on the brakes including a new master cylinder and some pipes plus some electrical jobs. The body has had extensive restoration totaling to £5,400 for labor and a further £1,000 for parts. This work has ensured that the car is in excellent structural condition. She does come with few extra bits and pieces including a new tonneau cover, original wheels, new carpet set (to protect original rubber flooring), new timing chain kit, etc.

Not many of these Austin Badged Pickups were made and in the file you will find old MOTJ’s from ’77 to ’83, old V5, Service Book with 14 stamps, Austin 600 cwt and 8 cwt Pick Up Sales Brochure and would you believe it if you wanted to carry a passenger the seat was extra. The engine is a 1098cc producing 48 bhp. She comes also with a Driver’s Handbook, pictures of restoration, lots of invoices from ESM Morris Minors Ltd.
