Description:Auctioneer’s notes: This is a stunning example of a 1951 Daimler DB 18 Consort, a rare and desirable Daimler that has been lovingly owned by the same vendor for the past 40 years. The car comes with a comprehensive history file, including all original manuals and information sheets. We are told that the gearbox has a slight oil leak. The vendor says it has been a pleasure to own, but now it is time for a new adventure. The DB 18 Consort was the top-of-the-line model in the Daimler range for several years, and this example is no exception. It is beautifully presented throughout, with a glittery silver paint finish that shows very little wear. The interior is also in excellent condition, with luxurious leather seats and a wood-trimmed dashboard.
