Description:Description from The Vendor: I purchased this car in September 2022, however, unfortunately due to a house move that was brought forward I am regrettably selling the Fiat. The car was first registered in February 1982 in South East London and bought new by a Mrs Jean Hawkins of Swanley, Kent and in 1995 the ownership switched to Mr Derek Hawkins of the same address. Since then it has had 3 owners, two in Essex and myself. The car was off the road for many years until 2017 when a change of ownership occurred. The paperwork for this car includes copies of historic V5C’s, the original Fiat 126 Owner Handbook, a vast collection of MOT certificates from the 1980’s and 1990’s plus some more from recent years and a 2017 invoice for sunroof parts. Frugal and utilitarian it is but this 126 still perfectly captures the crisp Italian modernist aesthetic and the cleanliness and compactness of it’s design make it a very cool car for an urban evvironement. |
