Description:Description from The Vendor: This is a 1960 MG A 1600 complete with the original buff log book that shows an initial 4 owners. The 5th owner bought it in 1977 and put it into storage between 1984 and 2009. After being stored it was then recommissioned and eventually sold to me on 7th June 2014. In the subsequent 8 years of my ownership, I have done extensive work to bring the brakes, suspension, engine, interior, and all ancillaries up to good condition. The car also has a new unleaded head with new valves and guides, and all new springs front and rear.
Auctioneer’s notes: She really is in outstanding condition, and I think that the vendor has given a fine description of this beautiful car. They are a great delight to drive, I sold my Coupe 4 years ago having owned her for a good number of years. With the rack & pinion steering and the sporty chassis these cars handle superbly.
