Description:Description from The Vendor: This is a matching numbers vehicle that is believed to have only covered 7,000 miles in the last 29 years. She is one of only 166 left on the UK roads and she has an MOT until February 2023. The car comes with lots of old MOT’s, the original service book, owner’s manual and dealer distribution book in the history file. The car drives lovely, however, there is a slight issue with the clutch cable but it just need adjusting.
Auctioneer’s notes: This is a superb car and as you probably know the “S” stands for Manual 4speed Gearbox. The vendor has owned this lovely car for the past 13 years and she was supplied on 1.11.72 by Raymond Mays Ltd – a very famous name in motor sports. You will find the service book which has 10 stamps and you have all the usual books and owners manual etc. There are MOT’s back to ’92 plus a Gov.MOT history. Also in the file is an old V5, a host of invoices from ’93. Under the bonnet is an ultra smooth 3.5 lit V8 producing 146 bhp, which is more than adequate to keep up with modern traffic.
