|1937||Austin||7 Ruby||89,814 (Not Warranted)||£3400.00 + buyers premium|
This little car comes with a handwritten log, Pitmans Book of the Austin 7, Austin 7 Owner Club, Spares and Service Directory, 18 old MOT’s from 1978, Spares List, some old invoices and a copy of the Austin 7 Magazine., Very interestingly, published in Australia by Colin Thompson the history of Ruby. This is a sort of make – believe cartoon story. As it is the same colour as the one for sale, I leave it to your imagination.
Auctioneers Notes: This is a cracking little car, very sound and solid, the interior is in very good condition. If you want to be critical, the car has been coach painted. Does it matter, I do not think so, it is a very usable car. Sold as a non runner.
