Description:Auctioneer’s notes: This great Frogeyed Sprite started off in South Africa and came to the UK in 2002 (they do not rust down there) See Appendix 1 which is a note from the son of the late owner to the new owner. She has a number of invoices one of which in ’07 was the fitting of the 1098cc engine and other recommissioning at a cost of £2924.60. They are a great little sports car, nippy for their age and with that quick rack steering, the smile gets bigger and bigger. The vendor asked us to point out that the hood has never been used as he never took it out in the rain. It will need replacing. To be critical, we feel the car is ready to be used as is, but a little improvement could be made to the paint, as time goes by. May be viewed, strictly by appointment. |
