Description:Auctioneer’s notes: This is a beautiful example of an Austin Seven. These cars were produced from 1922 up until 15 years later in 1939, this one being a 1932 registered car. The Austin Seven’s were know as the ‘Box 7’. She has a 4 cylinder side valve engine of 747cc producing a modest but not remarkable 10.5 HP. Described as ‘the best I have ever seen’ when it was in for our January sale in 2014, I have to say it’s condition has not changed one bit with The Vendor having done nothing to it bar dry storing her since purchase. She really is as good as they come and this spectacular car can be viewed strictly by appointment. |
