Description:For a short video of the bike running please click here The vendor purchased this bike in 1966 and put it on the road in 1974. Over the years it has undergone several restoration. The vendor tells us it is in good running order, the engine was replaced in 1974. There was no history prior to the vendors purchase although it still has the original buff logbook listing all owners from new. Auctioneers notes: These bikes fold up for easy transport. They are the civilian version of the bikes used by the parachute brigade in WW2 regiments and were dropped in a pod with the soldiers. |
