The vendor has owned this 308GT4 since 2001 when he purchased it from Superformance. It is an original RHD, once of only 547 imported. It had been restored in the 1990’s by its pervious owner. The engine was rebuilt using high compression forged piston set from Superformance. It has not been used over the last few years to any extent but has continued to have regular oil changes. It also had a cambelt change 4 years ago. In 2005 the heads were removed, hardened exhaust valves fitted with all new valve guides. It is an early twin distributer car with alloy bonnet and boot lids. In 2015 the vendor managed to source brand new rear brake callipers.
Included in the file are MOT’s going back to September 2000 when it’s mileage was 68,000 and over the last 20 years it has risen to 76,623. There are also many receipts for work carried out during the vendor’s ownership. He is now selling because over the last 10 years he has not had the time to use it.

Auctioneers Notes: The vendor has owned this fine car for 19 years and during that time has maintained her regardless of cost. She has only covered 8623 miles during that period. Sadly, the early history has gone astray. May be viewed by appointment.
