This car was purchased by the vendor in 2002 and modified for use in classic trials. This included a 1600cc engine, Fack differential (4 pin) ratio 3:9 to 1, sump guard and tow hook. Radius arm fitted to back axle. Car has climbed all of MCC trials hills and has been kept roadworthy with any defects rectified as required. Engine was recently reconditioned and fitted with Aldon electronic ignition. Brakes uprated to MK2 spec. Twin fuel pumps.
Auctioneers notes: A well sorted trials car. The 1.6 cross flow GT engine produced 85bhp. Should go very well, what fun!
