Description:Description from The Vendor: Well known very early car Very rare one of only approx 20 Custom Models produced, first registered 24 June 1975 Sold new by KT Dartford Ltd to S P Hayward & Sons Ltd of Bexleyheath Kent. Second owner Mr. David Jones of Dartford from 28th March 1977 who rallied the vehicle and kept it until sold to Mr. Harbottle in November 1982. The engine blew up in 1983 and I purchased it as a well-used car with a blown engine. The engine is 2.0 BDG stripped, rebuilt and dyno,d at Dtw engines producing very usable 216 bhp at 7000rpm. Well documented history with photographs of restoration and many pictures of the car competing in the seventies and eighties. Invoices for more than £47000 included. This car, as you can see from the information provided online, is as rare as rare can be. She is 100% correct and she has the original body shell and the vendor asked me to add a few points which indicates that the car is a very early model. You will see that the rear spoiler is in white and you will note the front wings have indicator repeater lamps and inside the cabin the speedometer has only MPH and no KPH markings.
