Description:Description from The Vendor: The car was first registered to my Father on 31/10/1986 and was for my Mothers use. Upon his death, it was transferred to my Mother on 11/05/1991. I then inherited the car on 26/06/2003, however, I was working overseas and the car was taken off the road. I returned to the UK when I retired in June 2012 and the car was MOT’d and taxed. I used the car locally until September 2017 when I bought a newer car. Since then the car has only been used occasionally.
Auctioneer’s notes: This a fantastic opportunity to get your hands on a great starter classic. This little Fiesta is in great condition having covered just 18,000 miles from new. It has also been in possession of the same family from new as The Vendor mentions. The logbook shows just 4 owners from new. We must also mention that the failed MOT on 19/07/2012 the mileage reads 61,440, however, we believe this to be incorrect as The Vendor has the MOT from 2003 (The year it was put into storage) and the mileage does align. Surely an appreciating classic if kept maintained? |
