Description:Description from The Vendor: My Dad started his dream project early in 2019 and love the last 2 years spent £70,000 to store it to it’s current state. He spared no expense in restoring the car and had only few jobs to do to complete his dream car until he was rushed into hospital, where, unfortunately, 8 days later, he sadly passed away. The was blasted back to bare metal where then all rust was removed/cut out resulting in new boot flooring and flooring in the car. A list of completed new additions or changes can be seen below New tank Power steering Handbrake added Disc brakes Uprated limited slip differential Audi A6 front seats Adjustable suspension Rebuilt gearbox Rebuilt Mustang 302 engine Sound deadning headliner Custom exhaust Shiny radiator Respray in red New dials and door cars. The car also has many excess parts in the boot of the car that have not been installed yet and will be sold with the car.
Auctioneer’s notes: This is a bereavement sale and, sadly, the gentleman did not even get to drive her. As you can see from the video, there are things to complete to finish her off, such as the door cards and door handles, etc. All the parts are with the car. The gentleman’s son is not mechanically minded and to be on the safe side, I assume that the cylinder heads are not torqued down and I would suggest that the car is checked from top to bottom as it cannot be ascertained if his father has done the final check on her. This beautiful car may be viewed strictly by appointment.
