Description:Description from The Vendor: It is with a heavy heart that I offer for sale my beloved Jaguar, a car that has been a cherished part of my life for almost four decades. This magnificent vehicle holds countless memories and throughout the years, I have taken great pride in maintaining its originality and ensuring its pristine condition, both inside and out, leaving it with a beautiful patina that adds to its allure. Sadly, due to circumstances that prevent me from driving it any longer, I am seeking a new caretaker who will appreciate and continue to cherish this remarkable Jaguar. Its red finish still carries a newish shine even after all these years which showcases the elegance and sophistication that define this classic British icon. Every curve, every contour, tells a story of craftsmanship and artistry that has stood the test of time. Stepping inside this Jaguar is like entering a world of refined luxury and nostalgia. The interior, which has a used but not overused feel that has stood the test of time over the years. Underneath the bonnet lies the beating heart of my Jaguar MKII — the 3.8-litre engine. A much more powerful and fitting unit than the 2.4 and 3.4 litre examples. This engine really does deliver a hefty bit of ‘poke’ when needed. The car is fitted with power steering as well. Regular maintenance and care have ensured that this engine continues to run smoothly and effortlessly, just as it did in its heyday. I hope that my MKII will find a new owner who will appreciate and treasure this exceptional automobile as much as I have. |
