Description:Description from The Vendor: this car is part of a deceased estate and is one of two cars in the auction. This lotus has only had 2 owners from new, the second and current owner bought the car in the 80’s, as an addition to his collection of classic cars. He was very good with the car’s service history, almost every receipt and MOT is present. The engine has been extensively overhauled and kept up together, otherwise, the car is stock. She is equipped with a new soft top and tonneau cover and she also comes with wet weather gear. As well as this the car benefits from a Colin Chapman signed steering wheel (which is in good condition) She runs very sweet and starts on the button, however, some recommissioning will be required to make it a show car (was previous owners daily drive!) sadly has been sat in a garage for some time.

To drive, they are a delight,they sit on the road as if they are on rails and being a sprint she has 126 BHP on tap from a 1.6L 8 valve (Lotus) twin cam engine giving a top speed of over 120 mph.
