Description:Description from The Vendor: This TF Sprint is in exceptional showroom condition. Finished in silver with a blue soft top, and an interior that is completed with part leather and part suede seats. Unfortunately the very early history is not known. All MOT’s stack up and support the very low mileage. The former owner purchased the car in 2015 and sold it to me in April 2023. It was garaged throughout their ownership, and has been since I have owned it. The car has recently had a new set of Yokohama tyres and a new battery. Last year it apparently covered only 48 miles. Unsurprisingly, little has needed to be done to the car. It had a new Cambelt change by the MGOC workshop at Swavesey, Cambridgeshire on 14/08/2010 and 14,384 miles, and a new one on 01/04/2016 by MJS Auto and Marine, mileage unknown. There are some stamps in the service manual. The husband of the previous owner was a retired engineer who did his own servicing. I had a full service done, apart from anything else, to confirm that it was mechanically as good as it is bodily. Last year I sold my MGBLE roadster, decided to buy an MGTF last October, did my research, and found the car I was looking for, and it was even local. Within four days of buying it, medical test results came in to show that existing medical issues which I feared had deteriorated, had indeed deteriorated, and I am still awaiting a further consultant appointment and treatment. Unfortunately this means that I have to now sell this lovely little TF for somebody else to enjoy. |
