On the Surface: This is a very rare 1970 Ruska Regina, originally produced in the Netherlands it was imported into the UK in 1983. The car is being sold as a restoration project, however, it does run off of an external petrol can. Maintenance & History: Unfortunately this Regina has no real history or paperwork to go with it, however, The Vendor tells us that this Regina was one of 6 Ruska’s that were enroute from the Netherlands to Ireland when the ship caught fire and this example was the only one to be saved. The Model: Built on a Volkswagen chassis, the Ruska Regina features a fiberglass body and open-seater design similar to the looks of a Morgan.
