Maintenance & History:

First registered in the UK in July 2016, this GT750 has had just two former keepers during its time in the country. Although no history file is present, its condition reflects careful ownership and attention to detail over the years. The bike is offered with its current V5 registration document. While no supporting documentation accompanies the sale, it appears to have been well preserved and presents cleanly throughout. As with any machine of this age, routine checks and light recommissioning are recommended prior to road use.

The Model:

Produced by Suzuki from 1971 to 1977, the GT750 holds a special place in motorcycling history as the first Japanese production motorcycle to feature a liquid-cooled engine. Its 738cc three-cylinder two-stroke unit delivered smooth power and a distinctive exhaust note, earning the model the nickname “the Kettle.” Celebrated for its engineering innovation, the GT750 has been recognised by the Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan as one of the 240 Landmarks of Japanese Automotive Technology. Today, it remains one of the most iconic and collectable machines of its era.

Sale Insight:

This GT750 represents a wonderful opportunity to acquire a well-presented example of Suzuki’s groundbreaking classic. With limited ownership since arriving in the UK it would make an ideal addition to any collection.
